DIRECTIONS FOR USE:

Pregnancy: Throughout the last 6-8 weeks of pregnancy, apply a small amount of balm to the nipple and areola area two to three times daily, to condition the nipples and promote healthy, supple skin in preparation for breastfeeding.

Breastfeeding: After feeding, gently pat the skin dry or allow the breast to air, then simply apply a small amount of balm to the nip[ple and areola to moisten and protect. Mini-me mamma Nipple Balm is food-grade and free from preservatives of any nature and therefore does not need to be removed before breastfeeding.
